"I know a lot about him. I’ve been to Serbia before, but never to Srpska. However, while in Serbia, I got a pretty good sense of who he is. In many ways, we see the world the same way. I have also believed for 25-29 years that U.S. foreign policy needs to be somewhat redirected toward Eastern Europe, as we have paid too much attention to the countries many of us came from. But we also have many people from Eastern Europe in America, and those are all nations that have endured hardship.  I remember President Bush telling me—maybe he wouldn't say it now—but I recall him coming back from Europe right after becoming president and saying, ‘God, these guys wouldn’t fight even if it meant saving their own mother,’” Giuliani said.

He believes that there is too much war in both Eastern and Western Europe and "perhaps too much easy money."

"I think Western Europe has largely abandoned religion. I see it in England, in France, in Germany. These used to be very religious countries, and now they are among the most irreligious in the world. I think our Vice President made it clear—we love to be friends with any country, to help any country, as long as you are a nation that respects its people, does not suppress free speech, or terrorize its citizens. In England, people are arrested because others don’t like what they think, and a man was arrested for having some neo-Nazi materials in his home. I think that's terrible. I believe a neo-Nazi is a horrible person, but I wouldn't imprison him for his beliefs. If I did that, I’d have to lock up half the world," he said.

According to him, in America, freedom of speech is seen as a sign of whether a country is good or not.

"And we see too many of these European countries, perhaps due to immigration pressure, becoming something they never were before. I think Vice President J.D. Vance, when he gave his speech in Munich, essentially said that we are not trying to abandon them—we are trying to wake them up. I called it a wake-up call—wake up and remember that you are part of Western civilization, not some alien culture. Come on, if we could bring you back as true allies, we could oppose China much more easily, because right now, America has to do it alone. So, we are looking at Srpska, and we are looking at Serbia, Lithuania, Poland. Just to name a few countries that come to mind immediately. These are very strong potential alliances for us when we view the world in the same way," Giuliani said.

In his interview for ATV, Giuliani also stated that former U.S. Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Michael Murphy, was appointed by Joe Biden’s administration. "Biden has fabricated so many false criminal charges in America that I’m not surprised he would do the same abroad. He has created hundreds of fake cases. He treats the criminal justice system like the Nazis or communist dictators. He tried to put me in prison. There were two cases against me initiated by Biden and his Democrats. They want to lock me up for life. In one of those cases, I would have gone to prison with President Trump. I suppose if I had to go to prison, I’d want to go with my old friend, President Trump," Giuliani said.

He also commented on former U.S. President Joe Biden, his family, and his administration.

"Biden, his family, and the people around him make up the most corrupt administration in American history. I worked for Ronald Reagan. I was the mayor of New York when Bill Clinton was president. Clinton may have been a Democrat, and he may have had his personal problems, but I worked with him as if he were a Republican. Then George Bush replaced him—I worked with him too. I was Donald Trump’s lawyer. We have never had anything like what we’ve seen in Biden’s four years. We literally had a criminal mastermind in the White House.
